ダイアログ①

H: Good morning, ABC company. How can I help you?

A: Hello, this is Andy from English Scrum. Can I speak to Mr.Smith, please?

H: I’ll transfer you to him. Please hold..................

H: I’m sorry. He is away right now.

A: Do you know when he is coming back?

H: I'm afraid that I am not sure. Would you like to leave a message?

A: No, it’s okay. I’ll call him back later.

H: Alright, thank you for your call, have a nice day.

A: You too, Good bye.


ダイアログ②

H: ABC company, This is Hanako.

A: Hello, this is Andy from English Scrum.

H: How can I help you?

A: I got a phone call from John earlier today and I’m returning the call.

H: Just a moment, please.................

H: I'm afraid that he is in a meeting right now.

A: Alright. May I leave a message?

H: Sure.

A: Could you ask him to call me at around 3 today? I'll be available at that time.

H: No problem, is there anything else I can help you with?

A: No, that's fine. Thank you.

H: Thank you so much for calling. Goodbye.
